Capitalism, state socialism, communism, or anarchism?

Capitalism leaves many people out-of-work, working in a useless job, obsessed with material items, exploitation of workers, and mive inequality of wealth. Socialism subordinates the will of the individual to the overwhelming demands of the state, and creates extreme bureaucracy and authoritarianism, which is probably worse than capitalism. I would support a "bottom-up" voluntary system where workers own the large farms and factories, where people are only subjected to the coercion of nature and not that of another man, where equality and solidarity is the basis of our society, and where all structures of authority are challenged.
