Has spying on ourselves illegally made the country any safe?

I think that if you've done nothing wrong then you don't need any Constitutional Rights to protect you..., eer I mean you have nothing to worry about no matter what the Government does to you.., I mean if someone in the Government thinks your guilty, then you are guilty and we should dispense of any finding of fact.
