If the universe oscillates between the big bang and big crunch?

Time is cycle like a snake swallowing it's tail. Every time one universe goes crunch, a new one, probably with somewhat different laws of physics and chemistry, is created in another Big Bang. The Universe cannot be within the Universe. That is illogical. If this universe cools enough so that the CMBR is at absolute 0 degrees Kelvin, all molecular and atomic movement would stop. Entropy has increased to infinity when that happens. All the energy has been converted to m , so there is no more energy. Please notice that this does not rule out parallel/alternate universes.
