Science -vs- Religion. A question on the Bible and Christian religion.?

Religion and science are incompatible. The basic mindsets are completely different. The religious believe that knowledge springs from a book that was written thousands of years ago. Science believes that each new discovery opens up still another mystery. Doing real science is hard work. Religion is easy. Just sit pively and 'believe'.
