How can I clean my oven cleaner effectively with natural products?

I clean my overn with natural products and I cannot seem to get the window clean it still has lines and marks and what looks to be a little like soot. It was like that before I moved here. How can I get the oven window clean and free of residue marks soot greas ect in a natural way? Thanks
