How to cut my bangs like this?

NEVER cut your own hair straight across. bad bad bad idea. don't listen to that person. cutting straight across is for the pros. and it won't get you that uneven, choppy look. what you do is angle the scissors up and chop off little pieces at a time, making it shorter overall as you get to the middle and other side. and maybe razor the ends, depending on how choppy you want it.
