What are some good Colleges/Universities to go to?

I'm a junior and I'm thinking about which college I'm going to go. I don't want to go to like Harvard, or Yale, MIT, Princeton, or like those really good private ones. The ones I want to go to are not too bad either. I want to go to a good school but not that good. I've thought about U.C. Berkley... it doesn't matter if it's public or private.
