Healthy christmas breakfasts?
first, I'm glad to hear that you know you're not fat...cause you're not fat. second, some healthy options include lowcarb bagels with a 1/2the fat cream cheese, honeynut cherios, one of the less fat yogurts (the light and fit [i think thats what its called]) is suprisingly good. Here's my advice, though: It's christmas. You can let yourself go for a day. Let it be a treat. It only comes once a year. If this bothers you, try to join in a game that could burn calories (scavenger hunt, etc). Also, remember that you're 15, and that you can afford to go overboard for one day without it hurting you. :)
