I really like my neighbor but he just always ignores me and I really like him but he's 15 and I've dated 15 yr old guys alo of times before. He always stares at me. I wanna know how to talk to him. Don't just say be yourself and crap like that. I need something that will work. I bought him this bracelet from hollister, I also wanna give that to him. How do I do it?
